Ingredients Needed
Fresh Chicken-Liver 500gms
Onion Medium -1 nos
Ginger - 1/4 of a ginger ball
Garlic - 5 pods
Chili powder-2 teaspoon
Pepper - 2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon
Turmeric - a pinch
Coriander leaves - 1 cup
Vegetable Oil - half cup
Lemon juice-of 1 lemon
Salt to taste
Method of Preparation
1)Clean and cut the Chicken liver to the required size
2)Heat Vegetable oil in the kadai or cooking pan at medium heat.
3)Fry the finely chopped onions till it turns golden brown
4)Add the ginger and garlic to the pan.Stir for 2 minutes.
5)Add chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder and stir well for 3 minutes.
6)Add the chicken Liver to this mixture.
7)Cover the pan with lid,and cook in low flame for 25 minutes.
8)Pour the lemon juice,and add coriander for garnish.
